This great letter was emailed to us on the 8th July 2001. Thanks Kristina.

What can I say ? This has to be the BEST show I have ever seen.

It is so good you have to see it again and again. You know each time you go what to expect, but each time it seems to be better than you could EVER expect.
Each show I go to, I try to get to know the people at my table. They ask about my ' Roy' outfit, and whether I have seen the show before.
When you tell them you have (seen the show) they want to know, " Is he as good as Roy ?"
My usual and favourite reply being.. "If you didn't know Roy Orbison had passed away, you would think it was him!". And how true it is..!

Being one of Roys No.1 fans you think... no-one is as good as the original...
but the first time I saw Dean I was amazed that he looked so much like him... the clothes, the stance, the guitar.
But when he sang that first song, which I think was "Only the Lonely", I was absolutely amazed... then I screamed...!

Here was someone who not only had "the look" but also the 'magical voice' which is Roy Orbison. That voice which gives me goosebumps, and sends shivers down my spine, especially in certain songs such as "Running Scared" and "Leah". You sit there transfixed as you listen to 'that' voice, you cant help but move your feet and tap at the table to the rhythm. You want to get up and dance !!!

His backup singers are also fantastic to listen to. When I hear  "Where The Boys Are"  you get a shiver down the spine. What a fantastic song, sung by an equally fantastic singer.

By intermission, the people at your table have an amazed look on their faces and say...
"You were right - he is Roy".
All too soon it is over and you are wondering when you can come and see it again.
You have no voice left from screaming, you are hot from dancing in your seat, but it is worth it. You are on a natural high. But then the best part -

You get to MEET Dean after the show and you realise he isn't a 'big celeb' who has no time to meet fans, but one of the nicest people you could meet. He has time to talk to YOU and sign autographs. I go home feeling great for the next week and look forward to the next time I can see this magical show.

Go and see it, take your friends, your relatives, take anyone - BUT don't miss it.

You will regret it.

From Dean's No.1 Fan...
